Add documentation for all Inno Setup projects

- NetworkDriveManager: Advanced drive management with migration

Main repository README:
- Overview table of all projects
- Quick reference by category
- Common patterns and resources
- Building and silent installation instructions

Also includes Dashboard and LobbyDisplay projects.
