BIOS manifest: replace the 24250 line with QB24250, QC24250 and QC24251

'24250' also matched the Dell 24 All-in-One EC24250, which needs a different
BIOS (Dell_EC27250_EC24250). The three exact models are the ones the combined
file is built for. Found by the webapp's Dell check (ambiguous match).
