CMM imaging: goCMM 2.17.0.0 instead of 2.12.3

Browse Source 
FileVersion detection on goCMM.exe so an older 2.x does not satisfy it. Same
NSIS installer and /S switch. Deployed to installers-post/cmm and the share's
shopfloor-setup copy; 2.12.3 moved to installers-post/cmm-archive so it is not
copied to every CMM image.
