Regenerate the API contract for this site's route set

gh-wj serves 576 operations across 45 surfaces against main's 486 across 41:
this line carries the five plugins main does not. The inventory and spec are
generated from the live app, so they are regenerated here rather than merged
from main, and the cherry-picked commit's copy would have described the wrong
instance.
