Register endpointlogcollections in PLUGIN_TABLE_OWNERS
The new table was declared as a model and created by migration 7d51, but never added to the explicit ownership map. test_owned_tables_match_declared_models caught the drift. Not cosmetic bookkeeping: the per-plugin migration uses this map to decide which tables it owns, so an unlisted table is invisible to plugin-scoped baseline and prune. The prune path would have treated endpointlogcollections as unowned - collected logs surviving or vanishing on a schema operation that should have been deterministic about them.
