627d3f5ff5 Add endpoint locks and split endpoints.deploy into three grants
Endpoint locks
--------------
Adds EndpointLock so an admin can hold an endpoint against automated and
operator action, with migration 0018 and enforcement in the enqueue path
rather than only in the UI, so a lock cannot be bypassed by calling the
API directly.

Split endpoints.deploy
----------------------
endpoints.deploy bundled three actions of very different risk behind a
single name:

scheduledtask_run -> starts a task already registered and allowlisted
	update_app        -> runs a pinned installer
run_script -> arbitrary code as SYSTEM unless the descriptor
						 pins a user context

Because they shared one grant there was no way to let an operator push an
application update without also handing them arbitrary SYSTEM code
execution on every endpoint they could reach. The permission name
described the lightest of the three while silently carrying the heaviest.

commands.ELEVATED_ACTION_PERMISSIONS now maps each action to its own
permission (endpoints.corptools, endpoints.updateapp,
endpoints.runscript). The enqueue route reads that table, so no route
logic changed. Migration 7d42 preserves existing access exactly: anyone
holding endpoints.deploy receives all three replacements.

04616fce8b Cache endpoint health as a ranked rollup
Fleet ranked endpoints by raw critical-event counts, so a machine with a
noisy but harmless event log outranked one with a mapped drive down or a
blocking service stopped. Volume is not severity, and the aggregation ran
across the whole fleet on every page load.

Rank operational blockers above degraded conditions above event noise, and
cache the verdict per asset so Fleet reads a row instead of recomputing 48h
of history. Transitions are written only when a verdict changes, capped at
50 rows per asset.

Absence of a policy binding must never suppress a verdict: drives and events
are not policy-gated, and services fall back to a built-in default impact
when no mapping applies. Event 1001 drops to informational because the WER
bucket pairs with 1000 and double-counted every crash.

Parallelize the Fleet first-paint loaders that were awaiting serially.

ab4b9d7ec9 add operator issue reports for endpoint agent
Operators had no way to flag a problem PC from the tray. This adds a report path: the tray captures a reason, free-text note, and optional screenshot and the agent uploads it on the collector token to a new operatorreports table linked to the asset. Ships the endpoints 0009 migration so the table exists before the code queries it; the running DB had drifted behind the code and returned HTTP 500 on upload.

42db980ca9 Add endpoint monitor catalog and warn-only drift reconciler
Operators need to see when a machine's running services or processes fall outside the desired state defined by policy. This adds a reusable monitor catalog (shipped read-only rows plus user-built local rows), computes drift server-side on agent check-in, and surfaces a warning on the endpoint panels. Remediation stays manual for now; automation can follow once demand is proven. Includes migrations 0006-0008 and the monitors API client.

9725c47814 Persist and surface endpoint installed-software (SBOM)
The endpoint agent already reports an installed-software list (SBOM), but ingress dropped it: the collector schema had no entry for it and there was nowhere to store it, so operators could not see what is installed on a PC.

Persist it as a per-asset snapshot in a new endpointapplications table, replaced on every report (current inventory is what operators ask for, not install history). Add applications to the collector schema and KNOWN_PAYLOAD_KEYS so ingress stops discarding it, a read route for the raw collection, and a collapsed-by-default Installed software panel to surface it. appid is nullable groundwork for a future Managed Applications link; no matcher is wired yet.

01734e5449 harden CSV import reconciliation and preserve saved model selections
Default fuzzy reconcile threshold to 0 and refuse merges when digit runs differ so numbered labels like Bay 311 never bind to Bay 310. Keep edit forms from clearing saved model fields when category filtering hides untyped rows. Includes in-progress computers policy and endpoints command feature work.

8b1ba3c310 add endpoints plugin with fleet list view and monitoring drafts
Server-side RMM telemetry plugin: current-snapshot endpointstates plus append-only curated endpointevents, resolved to existing Computer assets by hostname. Adds ADR-010 asset panels (status, services, recent events), dashboard quiet and stability cards, and a minimal Fleet list view that links into existing PC detail pages. Registers the activity sidebar icon and a dev-only sample seeder. Ingest arrives on the generic collector route; the future C# agent design record lives in docs/DESIGN-DECISIONS-agent.md.
