  Security release: the Windows installer left its own directories writable by
  every logged-on user, which made two files it installs a local privilege
  escalation. Fixed and verified as SYSTEM on Windows 11.

  Also the multi-site portability work - one site's hostnames, share paths and
  networks out of the product code and the published documentation, with the rule
  now failing the build rather than printing a warning - and plugin contract
  0.19.0, which is BREAKING for any plugin still declaring dashboard widgets by
  component name.
