Proudlock a03fd3de4f Fix CI failures: remove unicode and fix lean build

- Replace all unicode (emojis, checkmarks, arrows, em-dashes) with ASCII in .claude/ docs
- Comment out OperatingSystemsList route in core.js - breaks lean builds without computers plugin
- Comment out Operating Systems tab in ModelCatalogHub
- TODO: Plugins should dynamically register their settings routes

Fixes #2 CI check failures on wj branch

2. Deleted Temporary Files

Removed:

report.md (empty file)

Space saved: ~50K

3. Reorganized .claude/ Directory

Before: 31 markdown files in root, mixed purposes
After: 2 root files + organized subdirectories

4. Organized Root Documentation

Created docs/deployment/ for deployment guides:

5. Updated Memory References

Updated docker_prebuilt_approach.md memory file to reflect new path:

New: docs/deployment/DOCKER-PREBUILT-APPROACH.md

Historical context preserved - Dated docs archived, not deleted
Memory updated - File path references corrected

Next Steps (Optional)

If you want to reclaim disk space:

Delete publish/ contents - Can rebuild with build scripts (saves 104M)
Delete data/coordinator.db - Can recreate if needed (saves 880K)
Further consolidate MCP docs - Could merge more of the 6 MCP guides
