cproudlock 057cee1f02 Match the Fleet tile radius to the global card
The tiles were 6px while .card is 0.25rem, which left Fleet marginally rounder
than every other page. The global card treatment is a separate decision and has
been deferred; until it is made, this page should look like the rest of the app
rather than half-way to a mockup.
