Security fix: .claude/mcp-servers.json contained plain-text passwords: - MySQL dev password: shopdb-dev-password - VM SSH password: vos313 (SupportUser and shopfloor accounts) These credentials are now in GitHub history and should be rotated. Changes: - Add .claude/settings*.json and mcp-servers.json to .gitignore - Remove these files from git tracking (files remain locally) - Keep shared team resources: skills/, plans/, setup/, maintenance/ These are personal/machine-specific configuration: - settings.json: Personal hooks (stop-dev.cmd), preferences - mcp-servers.json: Local paths, database credentials, SSH passwords Each developer should configure their own .claude/ settings locally.
