TVDashboard hardcoded surface=lobby, so only the lobby display was reachable. Read the surface from route meta (/screensaver -> shopfloor) or a ?surface= query, defaulting to lobby. Adds a /screensaver toplevel route so the shopfloor screensaver surface can be displayed on a kiosk.
