prepare-boot-tools.sh: current Clonezilla (3.3.3-37) and Memtest86+ (8.10)

Clonezilla 3.2.1-6 is gone from the mirrors (the download failed and the
unzip aborted the script before Memtest). Memtest moved its downloads to
download/v<ver>/, and 8.x names the x86_64 UEFI binary mt86p_<ver>_x86_64
with no .efi suffix; the script now finds it.
