10.2.0.3 was being installed into every Standard/CMM/Genspect/Keyence/ WaxAndTrace/Display image at build time. Oracle 11.2 is now installed and version-enforced at runtime by the GE-Enforce common manifest entry (Install-Oracle11r2.cmd), so baking 10.2 into the image creates drift: 10.2 on disk, 11.2 expected by registry. Remove from preinstall.json and drop the flat installer from sync-preinstall.sh so new builds come up clean and the enforcer does the install on first boot.
