- **Migration**: 0020_app_delta_fingerprints.py adds column and UNIQUE index

**Note**: This release includes only the backend infrastructure. Agent-side fingerprint computation will be implemented in a future release. Current behavior: agents report without fingerprints, backend uses legacy fallback mode.

## Summary

|
|
|
|
Deployed to SFTest VM and verified version 1.17.0.0 running successfully. Backend infrastructure ready for future agent-side fingerprint implementation.
