Rewrite the printer Zabbix integration (Bearer auth, host-by-IP, tag-based
supply lookup, ping) and replace the hardcoded toner table with a
modelsupplies table + CRUD + seed. Add mock Zabbix server, live test
harness, and the Playwright screenshot tooling.
