cproudlock 0f9aebf9c6 Add defensive .gitignore patterns for secrets/keys ...

Blocks .env, *.key, *.pem, id_rsa*, secrets.*, credentials.json, etc.
Preventive — no exposure found; future commits can't accidentally
leak these.
